Marc Hildebrand, veteran of the LAPD , joins me on this episode. He provides his story and describes his transformation through his career and his personal life. He gives incredible commentary of his struggles with his health and mindset and how those struggles were the catalyst to the positive and strong mindset he has now. He also talks about how the positive mindset has propelled him to start his own business that focuses on helping LEOs and de-stigmatizing “asking and seeking help”.
