MIND PALACE

This is something I've been trying to talk to people about but have never been able to, well until now lol. So I just want to express this thought from my POV. I hope this helps someone.

This Episode is focused on trying to enlighten people about knowing when to pursue what is meant for them and knowing when to let go and move on.

Choosing to be better is a vital part of finding Happiness and living a beautiful life, and in order to choose to be better you need to first realize that you've been doing bad.

Observations are the basis for creation and innovations. So I wanted to talk about it for a while and bring it to your attention, in order for you to make a conscious effort of taking into account the minute details when receiving and processing the information around you and within you .

The Positives to Meditating are countless, and it's one practice that doesn't have a Negative. So why not try it today and see how it changes your life and makes you a better person, a more aware and compassionate person.
