Today's episode is a SPECIAL EPISODE that contains a MINDFUL EATING EXERCISE
The idea for this episode comes from an experiment that was conducted at the University of Liverpool in England by Dr. Eric Robinson.
In the experiment Dr. Robinson had his subjects listen to a 3 minute mindful eating audio as they were about to eat their meals.
The experiment showed that the people that listened to the audio consumed 30% less calories.
In the spirit of Dr. Robinson's experiment, I created a 3 minute mindful eating audio for you.
If you're interested in trying it out, all you need to do is put on your headphones and listen to the track as you're about to eat a meal.
Feel free to listen to the track fully, but if you want to get right to the start of the exercise, you can skip ahead to the 2:03 mark.
If you could care less about reducing your calories, just skip this episode.
