Welcome to Episode 24: Mindful Goal Setting

What is goal setting and where do we start? Sometimes some of us start at the beginning of a new year and we feel the same old saying “new year, new me”. However, some of us go around in circles with these resolutions and goals we set for ourselves and never quite get anywhere with them or fully achieve them. We remain stuck. In this episode we explore why this may be the case. What is holding you back? Do you have elements of unworthiness on a subconscious level? Do you have fears for actually achieving what you think that you could achieve? Or maybe fears of if you don't achieve it what that would mean for you? We are also going to be looking at why staying in your comfort zone may not be serving you and how you can find ways to slowly break free from this space and start taking, even if it is just baby steps, into the space of the person that you want to become and the things you want to achieve. Come join us on our discussion as we dissect the various elements of goal setting and look at questions you may need to consider to help you build a solid foundation, so that you may have a greater success rate of actualising these amazing goals.

She became a published author in 2021 after co-authoring, and contributing to the Anthology "The New Woman - Stories of Kintsugi Experiences" to continue to help guide more people to unleash their potential and live life to its fullest!
