I was inspired by a thunderstorm, a power outage, and being forced to 'unplug'. This meditation focuses on finding a sense of calm, in the midst of all the chaos that can go on in our lives.  Being grounded and secure, no matter what storms we are experiencing.  Unplug for a few minutes and join me.
