Bringing awareness to your 5 senses, is a very effective tool for becoming present.  It pulls your focus into the moment, so you start experiencing your life in the 'now'.  It also pulls you out of your monkey mind, and allows you to connect more deeply with your body. 

This connection is how you start to listen, and build a relationship with your inner authority ...your intuition, your gut response, your heart's desire,  as we discussed in the last episode on Human Design Authorities.  Becoming present, getting quiet, and actually listening to what your body is telling you is pure magic.  Enjoy!!
