Mindful Meditation: Deconstructed Breathing

In today's meditation we're practicing another breathing technique to help with our relaxation. This one focuses on intentionally separating our breathing into 3 areas of our torso ...belly, ribs and chest. We learn to direct our breathing consciously, on the inhale and the exhale.  Press play and try it out for yourself.
