Join me for a longer meditation today, as we journey through the 9 energy centres within your body.  Following the system of Human Design, I will slowly walk you through the meaning and function of each centre, encouraging you to heal, cleanse and release the energy held there.  This is a beautiful way to visualize your energy flow, and honour your unique design.
