Mindful Meditation: Guiding Your Breath

In today's meditation we're practicing another breathing technique to help with our relaxation. This one focuses on intentionally separating our breathing into 3 areas of our torso ...belly, ribs and chest. We learn to consciously guide our breathing, by filling up each area as we inhale and emptying them out in reverse as we exhale.
