A few quiet minutes, and you can cleanse your body with conscious breathing.  There is power and magic in the movement of breath in and out of your body.  Inhale life force energy, exhale toxins and stale energy.  Using breathwork, we can cleanse, declutter and refresh the space within our body and between our ears.
