Mindful Meditation: The Calming Effect of a Long Exhale

Today's breathing technique uses the calming nature of a long, slow exhale.  With a shorter inhale, and a longer exhale breath we activate our parasympathetic nervous system.  You can try this whenever you need to find a quick sense of calm.  Press play and try it out for yourself.
