Mindful Meditation: The Space Between Breaths

In today's episode we're practicing a breathing technique that focuses on the space between breaths. Not just on the two phases of inhalation and exhalation, but also on the 'holds' or natural turning points at the top and bottom of each breath. Listen in to connect with these small, but significant pauses within you.
