In a recent Instagram poll I discovered not a lot of people meditate in the evening or before bed. Taking time to reflect and connect with moments throughout your day allows your mind to relax. Sleep plays a big part in our overall health. Meditating and decompressing as a part of your nighttime routine could make for a better day tomorrow. Give this a try an hour or so before bed, try disconnecting from technology once you’ve completed this episode.
