When we repeat something over and over the neurological pathway becomes stronger. Think of gratitude ~ practicing gratitude will create stronger pathways in our brain.

Mindset ~ what we think becomes what we say and eventually what we do. 

Spiritually speaking ~ cognitive dissonance; habitual versus value-based

How can this benefit you? 

  • Re-shaping our brains ~ greater sense of contentment versus happy / sad (emotions ~ temporary)
