If you need a reminder to help begin your Monday mindfully this episode is it.  I'm sharing my Monday morning with you, and taking some time to pause, focus our thinking and setting some intentions for our week. 

Let's set an intention this week to spend time unplugged from technology, our screens and mobiles to lower our anxiety levels, to combat stress and to balance our central nervous system. 

Take some time to look at the sky, spend time in natural light and practice giving your body the space it needs to know what being relaxed and in a low stimulation environment.
