Carter currently serves as the head acquisitions and underwriting for Climb Capital. She focuses on sourcing deals, broker relationships, and our financial analysis. Carter has overseen the improvement and standardization of financial underwriting for the company. A graduate of the University of Denver, she has multiple years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with over $3.5B in commercial office transactions.
