Dr. McCauley is the director bands at Montclair State University where he is currently serving as the president of the music department.

He has accomplished so much in the music scene and I wanted to have as much time as possible to pick his brain. He continues to pursue excellence while raising his daughter and finding time for his dog Luna and his football team the Pittsburgh Steelers!!
