Welcome to Episode 23: Mindful Resilience
Whenever we discuss being resilient, many different things come to mind…and when we specifically talk about mental resilience and emotional resilience, this can bring up many different feelings for different people. Resilience is something that needs to be built overtime and there's various techniques and ways to do this, as it is not always a “one-size-fits-all” process. Join us in this episode where we will be exploring many different ingredients needed to help you not just build your resilience, but also help you maintain it overtime. Sometimes there are lessons to be learned; Sometimes some doors will close in order for better doors to open; Sometimes these can be blessings in disguise; And sometimes we might just be safeguarded from something that we do not even have an awareness of. Either way, this is a lifelong skill that will serve you well in the long run, help you face adversities, deal with obstacles and challenges with grace and strength.
