We have more health information than ever, but that doesn’t always mean we feel more connected to our bodies.
In this episode of Mindfully Amplified, Jasmine sits down with whole-body focused nutritionist Aubrey Kathryn Turner for a candid conversation about digestion, stress, nutrition, body awareness, and learning how to recognize the patterns our bodies are already showing us.
They talk about why the same symptom can mean different things for different people, how stress and sleep can influence the way we feel, why “common” symptoms should not always be ignored, and what happens when we stop chasing every new wellness trend and start paying closer attention to our own experience.
And yes, they talk about poop. A lot.
At the heart of the conversation is a simple idea: better health does not always require doing more. Sometimes it starts with curiosity, noticing your patterns, and asking a better question:
What has my body been trying to tell me?

We experienced the same heartbreaking loss as teenagers.
But it shaped us in completely different ways.
I became the overachiever. The overfunctioner. The one who believed life was fragile, so I had to make every moment count.
My brother, Steven, went the opposite direction. If life was short, why follow the rules? Why care so much? His grief showed up as rebellion.
In this deeply personal conversation, we reflect on losing our older brother, how that experience quietly shaped our identities, and the survival strategies we unknowingly carried into adulthood.
Whether you've become the person who always has it together or the one who pushes against expectations, this conversation is an invitation to look beneath the surface and ask what story your life has been telling since your hardest moments.
This is Part 1 of our conversation. In Part 2, we'll explore how we each found our way back to ourselves and began creating lives rooted in intention, joy, and genuine fulfillment.

What does it actually mean to love yourself? Not just the polished, successful parts, but the messy, uncomfortable, deeply human parts too?
In this heartfelt conversation, I sit down with my dear friend Kat Harmon to celebrate the release of her new book, It's Time to Love the Sh*t Out of Yourself. Together, we explore the stories that shaped us, the identities we've outgrown, and the courage it takes to let every version of ourselves belong.
Kat shares the deeply personal journey behind writing her book, from navigating postpartum depression, people-pleasing, and relationship challenges to rebuilding trust with herself and discovering what self-love truly looks like beyond the social media buzzwords.
Along the way, we talk about:
This isn't just a conversation about self-love. It's about becoming safe enough to be fully yourself, embracing every chapter of your story, and discovering that the parts you've tried hardest to hide may be the very parts that deserve the most compassion.
If you've ever felt like you were carrying too much, questioning your worth, or trying to become someone else in order to be loved, this conversation is for you.

In this heartfelt conversation, Jasmine sits down with her coparent, Chris, to explore what healthy coparenting can look like when two people choose to prioritize their children over resentment, conflict, and old wounds.
Together, they share their journey of transitioning from partners to coparents, the intentional choices they've made to create a sense of family for their children, and why they've refused to make each other the enemy. They discuss the impact separation can have on children, the importance of allowing kids to love both parents freely, and what it means to model respect, cooperation, and emotional maturity after a relationship ends.
Whether you're navigating coparenting yourself, healing from a difficult separation, or simply curious about creating healthier family dynamics, this conversation offers a hopeful reminder that family doesn't have to end when a relationship does, it can evolve.
In this episode:
• Separating relationship hurt from parenting responsibilities
• Why children should never feel pressured to choose sides
• Creating a sense of family after separation
• Navigating holidays, milestones, and new partners
• The lessons we've learned along the way
• What we hope our children carry forward into their own relationships
Because sometimes the greatest gift we can give our children isn't a perfect family, it's a peaceful one.

There’s a strange tenderness that can come with becoming.
In this episode of Mindfully Amplified, Jasmine explores the experience of living in liminal space. The in-between place where you are no longer who you once were, but not yet fully who you’re becoming.
Through reflections on growth, grief, nervous system sensitivity, identity shifts, and the emotional complexity of being witnessed by people connected to past versions of ourselves, this episode gently explores what it means to evolve without rushing the process.
Jasmine shares about:
feeling caught between old and new versions of self
This conversation is an invitation to slow down, honor the becoming, and remember that grief can also be part of growth.
If you’ve been feeling in between worlds lately… this episode is for you.

Imagine reaching adulthood and realizing you never learned how to swim emotionally.
In this episode of Mindfully Amplified, I’m sharing what it’s looked like for me to stop staying “safe, dry, and disconnected” and start building real emotional depth, without rushing to fix, perform, or self-sacrifice.
We talk about emotional expansion, stored emotion in the body, and a practice I love called the cry date (I call it “swimming lessons”). I’ll walk you through how to create your own; setting the space, choosing supportive music, letting the messiness be messy, and gently moving from what you sense → what you feel → what you need.
If you’ve been holding it together for a long time, let this be your permission slip to soften.
If you try a cry date this week, tell me in the comments: what came up, and what did you learn about what you need?

When was the last time you truly let yourself be seen? Not by other people, but by you.
In this episode of Mindfully Amplified, Jasmine Vializ invites you into a deeply reflective conversation about self-witnessing, worthiness, and what happens when we stop living as a supporting character in our own lives. Through personal stories, lived experience, and gentle guidance, Jasmine explores how years of people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, and service to others can quietly erode our relationship with ourselves — often without us even realizing it.
This episode introduces the transformative practice of mirror work as a pathway back home to yourself. Not as a tool for critique or fixing, but as an act of presence, appreciation, and self-regard. Jasmine shares how learning to witness herself, through eye contact, intentional reflection, and simple daily rituals; reshaped her sense of worthiness and changed the way she shows up in relationships, creativity, and life.
You’ll hear reflections on:
• Why being “selfless” can sometimes become self-neglect
• How we unknowingly teach others how to treat us
• What it means to be the main character of your own story
• The connection between self-witnessing and healthier relationships
• A simple, accessible mirror work practice you can begin today
This episode is an invitation to pause, soften, and look inward to reclaim your place in your own life, your memories, and your story. You don’t need to perform, perfect, or become anything new. You simply need to begin seeing yourself.
If you’ve ever struggled with being visible, worthy, or present in your own experience, this conversation is for you.
Take a breath.
Meet your own eyes.
And let yourself be seen.
If this resonated, let’s stay connected.

In this episode of Mindfully Amplified, we explore what it truly means to care for the nervous system as a foundation for feeling whole, regulated, and supported in life.Jasmine is joined by Adrienne Craighead, founder of TorchBearer Tachyon and home to Charlotte’s first Tachyon Chamber. Adrienne shares her deeply personal journey through debilitating anxiety during the pandemic and how that season led her to discover tachyon therapy, a quantum healing modality that works with zero point energy to support physical, mental, emotional, and energetic alignment.Together, Jasmine and Adrienne unpack what tachyon therapy is, how it works, and what makes it different from modalities like Reiki, sound healing, or frequency-based therapies. Adrienne walks listeners through what an in-person tachyon session feels like, how the chamber supports deep rest and nervous system regulation, and why meditation experience is not a prerequisite to benefit.Jasmine also shares her own firsthand experience inside the tachyon chamber, reflecting on rest, surrender, integration, and what it feels like to be fully supported without needing to “do” or perform healing the “right” way. This conversation is an invitation to soften, to rest, and to remember that healing does not require effort, only openness. In this episode, we explore:• Anxiety, uncertainty, and nervous system overload• What tachyon energy is and how it supports healing• Why rest is one of the most powerful medicines we have• How tachyon therapy works both in person and remotely• Simple daily practices to support grounding, breath, and gratitude• Accessibility and options for working with tachyon from anywhere in the worldAdrienne is offering listeners a special 20% discount on in-person or remote tachyon sessions using the code: JASMINE20To learn more or book a session, visit torchbearertachyon.com
