The topic this week is on gratitude. A daily practice of gratitude has the power to shift our perspective during times of trial. Gratitude can help us to become more grounded in the here and now and to recognize the good that is happening in our lives. Having gratitude will help us realize what is important in life, and in turn, give us a clearer direction on how to act more virtuously in life. Let’s begin with today’s guided meditation.
