Meditation, and the applied practice of mindfulness, allows us to show up more fully in our lives. We are more self aware, more responsible, and more kind, and experience a greater sense of ease, joy, and peace.

    Join a sanctuary of sisterhood at the base of sacred Mt. Shasta for two days of relaxation, exploration, and renewal. Each woman will be guided and witnessed as she  unearths, unburdens, and experiences liberation from thoughts, patterns, and  behaviors that are incongruent with her fullest intimate expression.  We encourage  and support sacred soulful sharing, which leads to deep vulnerability and intimacy,  creating the opportunity to bring this level of intimacy into relationships with self,  others, and the Divine.
