She is a general surgeon, medical educator, mom to 3 wonderful children & wife, which were all instrumental in her journey to be a productivity coach. She has completed a degree in Health & Wellness, as well as additional training in Mindfulness, Habit Building, Productivity, Coaching Transformation, Growth Mindset, and others.
