Amazing Book!
This book is amazing! The teachings are very practical and applicable to everyday life. I plan to reread it immediately. Applying the material in this book will make a profound difference in your life. Take your time as you read this book. It may challenge much of your existing conditioning. It opened my eyes to so many possibilities. Great for someone who already has some understanding of the path, and wants to deepen their understanding and practice.
Be in the moment
I can't wait to apply these to my daily life. My life has been nothing but stress and I need a breather and it's too hard to be mindful when we got too many problems to face everyday. I just realized sometimes God gives us a situation where all we can do is just put one step in front of another and just be there at the moment- not having to do anything- just be in that moment. That's it. Just be mindful.
