Hello riders! Today I am going to be talking about how to bring yourself into the moment rather than letting your thoughts overrun you and making you become absent. I am also going to read a letter in something that I’ve had to become more mindful of rather than letting it overwhelm me. I think it’s a good idea to write out anything that seems to take space in your head and read it back to yourself as well.
