Eric Knouse founded Mindfulness Exercises in 2008. Over the past 4 years he has taught the Mindfulness Exercises to many, many people, helping them learn to access deep levels of meditation. Eric also developed a simple straight forward educational curriculum for Mindfulness Exercises during this time. This practice focuses on the scientific aspects of mind-body chemistry as well as meditative technique. Mindfulness Exercises seminars offer a natural and reliable way to access inner states through dedicated practice involving body-posture, breathing and focused attention. All students who choose to participate in the eight week Mindfulness Exerices program will have a certified personal coach corresponding with them daily to keep the student on track and on schedule. Eric found this process while in deep meditation, and discovered what the saints and sages have been pointing to for thousands of years. Eric's work clearly connects and defines Mindfulness Exercises (the inner experience) and state of awareness with the latest scientific findings.
