Marike Knight specialises in leadership and performance coaching. Using 20+ years of experience with evidence-based scientific techniques, Marike is a trained TRTP therapist, one of only Six fully certified MBSR trainers in Australia, accredited in the neuroscience of stress, mindfulness and performance and maintains her knowledge at the forefront of the latest neuro-biology and neuroscience into how humans can better navigate and accept our current realities and ever-changing world.
Marike’s mission is simple, “to improve the lives of all Australians by teaching individuals and organisations to live with presence and have complete access to all the tools they need to achieve that through Mindfulness.”
