In this week’s episode we are joined by Chelsea Ortega, an island born surfer, mindfulness mentor, yoga and meditation teacher with a profound story of recovery from Post Traumatic Stress, anorexia, and anxiety. Chelsea shares with us the importance of movement and mindfulness during her recovery. And, the profound impact of Human Design on her healing journey. She describes Human design as the scientific version of astrology that can be used as a tool for understanding and navigating all areas of our lives.  Chelsea teaches us about the 5 human design types. Chelsea uses mindfulness, yoga, and human design in her mentorship programs, retreats, and workshops virtual and in Bend, Oregon where she works with adolescent girls struggling with similar issues.
