<div>I have been in academics and teaching all my professional years. I Chair the Department of Psychiatry at Univ Central del Caribe, my Alma Mater since 1991. This is my real vocation. <br>
 I wrote a book VIVE TU VIDA A PLENITUD,that has been a best seller in Puerto Rico (9,000 copies). It was published in English with the title LIVE YOUR FULLEST LIFE. Hope to publish some more books. I am writing two books. <br>
I have a radio talk show at WKAQ 580 AM every Thursday at 10 PM, and a weekly section on Tuesdays at WAPA TV Noticiero Al Amanecer, both about mental health education and prevention. <br>
Other than teaching, I have my own private practice and a Forensic Psychiatry practice. <br>
I am doing a Substance Rehab Center that hopefully will be open this year with 24 beds, with an holistic approach. I have decided to dedicate my last years to the worst public health problem in USA and PR, addictions. This Rehab Center will be fully bilingual and expects to serve not only for PR but also to the many Latin Americans and Americans in USA. It will be a teaching center for medical students and other related health professionals. </div>
