Mindfulness & meditation are useful tools for healing & self improvement when we have an understanding of their purpose.  If you find yourself struggling with either of these practices & have been traumatized (even if you haven't been traumatized) then this episode is for you.  I talk about my experience & how I have been able to incorporate these tools into my daily practice as well as what you can do to help you use them if you so choose.
