Hello and welcome to the very first episode of Live Mindfully with Lori Moore. In today’s episode we dive into what mindfulness is and more importantly isn’t! When I googled “What is mindfulness” I received 611,000,000 results back and to be honest, most of them left me more confused then educated.
So when mindfulness has become a global phenomena and every wellness guru in town is promoting its many benefits, wouldn’t it be great to have a straight forward understanding of what it is and how we achieve it?
