So, I thought I would help you gain some mind and heart space back with a mindfulness exercise called a 'Leaves on a Stream' script from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT - pronounced like the word "act").
Sue-Anne here. I am an ACT practitioner and trained counsellor. Many have told me I have a calming voice that helps them relax and fall asleep.
