I know this because he’s been able to unlock a certain aspect of his brain that allows him to do this. He isn’t scattered. From what Mark mentions, he meditates daily. It’s a part of his routine. And from talking to others who meditate, it’s clear that when you’re able to understand yourself, your breathing, your purpose, your mindfulness. You allow your mind and your body to know how to function at a higher level.

This young man is only 21 years old. He’s accomplished a lot and I feel like it’s just the beginning. Check it out.
