She is clear, powerful, brilliant, and such a talented psychotherapist that I truly believe EVERYONE needs a little Kelly in their life.

And her advice for how to cultivate self-awareness and take your power back over your mind:

1. Learn the difference between conscious and subconscious mind. And learn HOW the subconscious actually works.
   
2. Reverse engineer where you’re suffering and struggling. Find the limiting BELIEFS behind the thoughts. Most people have 3 to 5 core limiting beliefs to address.
   
3. Take the time and space to acknowledge your deepest desires. This is about going deeper than wanting something, it’s about being clear on WHY you want it.
