In today’s meditation, we will explore the Hebrew word, NESHIMA

The meaning of this word is the breath.

If you drop the E sound in Neshima you get the word Neshama which means soul.

One can’t exist without the other. 🙌

In today’s meditation, we will explore the Hebrew word, Briaa.

The meaning of this word is Creation and it is also referring to New beginnings.

The word Briaa shares the same letters with the word Bereshit, which means the very first beginning

Bereshit is the first word of the first sentence of the bible. 🙌
