He shares why he wrote “Monday Mindsets: A 52-Week Mindset Makeover for People Who Hate Mondays,” inspired by Les Brown’s comments about widespread job dissatisfaction and the “Sunday scaries,” and describes the book’s 52 short chapters with reflection questions and calls to action. Jason emphasizes perspective, controlling mindset and attitude, and boosting joy by encouraging others.
