Mindset for a top salesperson is this whole understanding that scarcity isn't an actual thing.

They're not trying to stack up against anybody. They're not worried about somebody else coming in their territory. They're just getting after it and growing.

And I think it's the most successful salespeople I know are also a lot of your humblest guys and gals, They're not the ones that are over the top bragging about all the deals and all the stuff.

They're letting the results speak for themselves.
