If you have to work hard to learn something, does this mean you are not talented?  What do we think about the Icons in achievement - Thomas Edison, Bill Gates, Elon Musk?  Are they geniuses that had tremendous success on their own with little effort?  We discuss the attributes of success and the Growth Mindset.
