With COVID, the elections, police brutality, injustice and so many other stressors today anger, anxiety, fear, and frustration is regular part of our everyday lives. While every emotion has purpose and value, we, as Change Leaders, have to be especially conscious that we do not allow these emotions to own us. So what do we do, when we find ourselves in places where these situations feel overwhelming and we struggle to control our mind, thoughts and emotions? We get a mindset reset! Now sure how?
