Researches have shown, most of the acting school graduated actors, especially the toppers, struggle to make it as a successful actor, because they leave school with a fixed mindset, that they have learned whatever they needed to learn in order to make it into the world of acting. 
The similar principle applies to entrepreneurs

I am not saying training in acting is not needed, that’s the last thing I would ever say, but we actors need to understand learning doesn’t end with the degree we had, ten years ago. 
I highly recommend this book, regardless of what phase you are as an actor or entrepreneur. Reading this book will set you on the path to becoming an infinite learner. I am going to talk about some of the key concepts from the book today.
