Iâve read my fair share of books over the years when it comes to the self-help/motivational genre, so it goes without saying that Iâve seen it all â the bad, the good, and the exceptional. That being said, I can certainly say that Sherell Brown-Mitchellâs book has impressed me and given me a great first impression of the author.
What I admire most about this book is that it offers actual PRACTICAL advice â Iâm tired of coming across books that do nothing but talk and fantasize without offering anything of any applicable use. With this book thereâs plenty of theory discussed but also steps and examples to explain how the information can be put into practice. As well as this, I am glad to find an author who isnât afraid to be straightforward and not beat around the bush with false promises and pipe dreams. I highly recommend it.
