In today's episode, we are bringing awareness to the language you use to describe time. I’m sharing two literary pieces I was inspired by, as well as the basis for my work – Einstein Time.  Lastly, I challenge you to invite joy into your day – identify something you want to spend more time doing, and give yourself permission to focus on that, if only for 5 minutes.
