Today's episode is a mini episode where Aleena discusses her new 4 week Active While At Home Program. She talks about COVID-19 and the disruption to everyones daily lives and how Aleena wants to do her part to help and make social isolation a little bit better. ♥️
Aleena's Active While At Home Program is for anyone who is looking to have a plan, stay motivated and keep their bodies healthy during this tough time. It comes with 3 days a week of training sessions with access to TrainHeroic app which includes exercises with Aleena demonstrating, 2 zoom calls that will last roughly 1-1.5 hours for discussing breathing mechanics and movement fundamentals and communication and networking through Slack app to help motivate each other through this time!
