Happy Sunday!
In todays's episode I chat about how I had a burst of anxiety when I started thinking about getting back into "dance shape." I don't know about you all but I haven't been able to dance as much the past few weeks and really haven't done much this quarantine. Thankfully I didn't start feeling anxious about it till just this Saturday when walking to the container store to buy every box they have. How are you guys feeling about getting back in the studio? Are you stressed like me? This week my challenge for you is to get a notebook (you can use it for when we start The Artists Way in October!) and brain dump everything you are thinking about. It could be things that are stressing you out, things you're excited for, things you are anxious about, dreams you have, Get it all out on paper so that way its not in your head anymore. And bonus challenge do something new that helps you connect with your body. Take a ballet class or a new style of dance or test out a new work out. But maybe don't do what I did lol.... and you will have to listen to the episode to find out what that was 馃槣.
Things to look forward to:
- Dancers Doing Stuff Live show on YouTube (Essentially Haley) Wednesdays at 6:30 pm EST
- A special SUNDAY DDS Live show September 27th at 1:30 pm EST!!!
