Tomato Water Bloody Mary Mix
Ingredients 
4large | Beefsteak Tomatoes
1/2 | Serrano Chile
1/8 | Red Onion
1 | Lemongrass stalk (2 inch width preferred) coarsely chopped
1pinch | Salt

Process In a food processer, combine all ingredients
Process until smooth
Pour the puree into a cheesecloth lined strainer (or use nut milk bag) set over a bowl and refrigerate overnight
Discard pulp and add orange juice. Refrigerate up to 1-3 days

If you don't want to wait to have the contents clear. Just strain the ingredients after processing through a strainer (omit the cheesecloth) and press the pulp through.
