Mini Pick Me Up - The Compliment That Stuck

Welcome to this week's Mini Pick Me Up episode! These little joys of fun are bite size tidbits that feature a question tying into each weekly episode. We will both answer the question and pitch it right back to our listeners!

In episode three, we talked about why it's so hard for us to accept compliments and we gave a few tips on how to stop yourself from deflecting them. In light of letting those compliments rain, we ask: What is one compliment that stuck with you?

Nina thinks she has a compliment to share but doesn't sound too convincing; however, she ends up coming up with two: (1) being a bright light in this world and (2) being a renaissance woman. That's right girl, shine bright like diamond and be that change agent. Natassia shares two compliments as well, one serious and the other, in true complete Natassia fashion, really random. Her serious compliment relates to her skills at her current job and why this was so important to her. The lovely other random compliment is her abs of steel communicated to her by her physical therapist. Her core power apparently beats out some male professional athletes...dang girl!
