Hi Friends! We're gearing up for a quick mini-sode about crafting and engaging in self care routines at work! No, we don't mean sipping a glass of cabernet when you should be adding final details to that proposal for the stakeholders meeting in 2 hours. For me, it's taking time to walk a coworker down to get coffee for some 1:1 engagement time, and reminding myself that using the restroom can't wait another second, it is - in fact - essential and not a waste of time... How do you take care of yourself during your workday?
