The annual Draft Lottery of the Nellis Fantasy Football League.

As per the NFFL bylaws, Article III, Section VI: 6.

Lottery Picks 1-4 To protect against any team purposely failing the year before in order  to acquire the first round pick, a draft lottery shall occur in the  spring to determine the order of the first 4 picks (based on the four  worst teams the previous season).

a. The following percentages shall be used for the First Overall Pick:   i. 12th Place: 35% (balls 1-26)  i. 11th Place: 27% (balls 27-47)   i. 10th Place: 22% (balls 48-64)  i. 9th Place: 16% (balls 65-75)

b. For the Second Overall Pick:  i. Worst remaining team: 42% (balls 1-32)  i. Second worst remaining team: 31% (balls 33-56)   i. Best remaining team: 27% (balls 57 -75)

c. For the Third Overall Pick:  i. Worst remaining team: 58% (balls 1-44)   i. Best remaining team : 42% (balls 45-75)
