Utah businesses are unprepared for 2020 minimum wage increases that will become effective in 2020 for salary-exempt employees. The new rate is a 50% increase from the current wage established back in 2004. Lee Lonsberry talks to Doug Moody, the CEO of Solution Services, Inc., on how this increase affects employers and employees.
