Paula Alves joins us this week for a discussion about transitioning from the mining of rocks to the mining of data. Paula's a self-employed data scientist working on some really cool problems. Join us as she highlights the benefits of hackathons-for-good and the reason we love to do the datasci. We chat briefly with Paula about why there are so few women in data science, and what we can do to fix that problem.
