Recently a colleague I was catching up with asked me if I still love 1:1 coaching as much as I used to and I immediately said YES, and launched into an excited monologue of why I love it so much. There was such enthusiasm in my “speech”, that I turned on the mic and camera, and made both a podcast episode and video for you.
